across New York State, CAASNY
promotes the exchange of information
and ideas to create a more efficient
county and city government to serve
the public interest of New York State.
The identity was designed to look like
an official state seal, incorporating a
graphic interpretation of the legal
scales of justice and the state colors–
blue and gold.
