The Girl Scouts of Northeastern New York (GSNENY) approached us to design a viewbook for their Vision 21 Campaign which was focused on three areas: creating a leadership center for girls and women; enhancing their programming; and modernizing and revitalizing their camp facilities. Combining the typography, color palette and various elements from the Girl Scouts national branding with photographs of girls at the GSNENY camps, we created an identity for the campaign and designed a brochure that highlighted past success and outlined future opportunities. The brochure used various info graphics to illustrate the importance the Girl Scouts organization and outdoor activity play in the lives of young women. In addition several pages outline the campaign priorities and list the improvements that will be funded at each of the GSNEY's four facilities.
The publication was recognized with an American Graphic Design Award from Graphic Design:USA magazine.
