Designed to look like a miniature version of New York Archives magazine, this "mini-mag" condensed some of the best stories from quarterly publication into brief versions that left the reader hanging—and needing to subscribe to get a copy of their favorite story and read the ending. Over the course of its first five years of publication, The Archives Partnership Trust worked with several advertising agencies to try to increase readership in New York Archives but experienced little success. Within four weeks of the launch of the "mini-mag", readership had increased by over 25 percent. This piece was so successful, that we produced additional versions over multiple years.
This publication was recognized with an American Marketing Assocation, Albany Chapter Mark of Excellence.
